Sammy died. My poor baby. My friend went to take him to the vet again today, because he was getting worst, despite the medication they gave him. When she arrived, they took Sammies white count which was about eight times higher than it should have been. (Sammy's white count= 40,800/Average white count=5,000) They gave him an extra, and discovered that he was riddled with tumors. His cancer was to far advanced to surgically remove, and even if she could afford doggy-chemo, he ould be in intense pain, so she decided to put him down. Two of my friends dogs, Gunner and Sammy, have died this summer, I hope this doesn't continue.
